Serving as Chief Technology Officer for VIZpin, Rosco Schock sets the technological and product direction for our platform that provides Bluetooth powered Smartphone access control systems. He brings a wealth of mobile expertise to the team, having spent over five years helping to build appMobi into one of the top mobile software development tools. He then joined MedStatix, a patient experience platform provider, as CTO and became part of the Aspire Ventures operational team when appMobi’s tools division was sold to Intel in 2013.
Previously, Rosco worked for AOL/MapQuest, producing tiled maps, real-time traffic, local search and early mobile solutions. He has dynamic, broad-spectrum technology experience, including high-speed automated vision inspection, commercial cable equipment monitoring systems, custom live update software platforms and streaming media players for smart phones.
Rosco earned a bachelor of science degree in computer science from Pennsylvania State University.
