Dr. Hardy is an Associate Professor of Computer Science, Chair of the Women in Mathematics, Science, & Technology Conference, Faculty Co-Director of the Women in STEM LLC, at Millersville University.
She joined Millersville University in 2004. Her undergraduate degree is in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University, she holds an MBA from Metropolitan College of New York, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the City University of New York. She has taught several classes including Introduction to Programming, Discrete Mathematics, Computer and Network Security, Freshman Seminar for CS majors. She lives in Millersville with her husband, Christopher Hardy, Professor of Biology at Millersville University, and their two children who attend Penn Manor School District.
